Email Policy

DB email and the email system is for official use. DB automatically screens all email received and sent by the system. Email messages and files may be stored, printed, deleted or forwarded as needed at the discretion of DB.

DB automatically deletes unwanted email  WITHOUT notifying sender or recipient. Messages containing solicitations, profanity, racial or sexual references and/or attached files in .GIF, .EXE, .VBS formats are automatically and permanently deleted without notice.
